I, a dreamer, dreamed a dream--
As dreamers tend to do.
I dreamt that I would someday soon
Be dreaming next to you,
And never in my wildest dreams
Could I dream a dream so true.
I dreamed I’d find another soul
Who’d dream and still be free.
We’d dream a dream together then,
Two dreamers we would be.
But I never dreamt in my wildest dreams
A dreamer’d dream of me.
